Trinity Leisure Club

Reopening Friday 10th July 7am, normal opening hours resume!

To provide all our members with a safe environment there is are 2 booking systems in place, a pool booking system and a gym booking system. A link to the booking system will be sent to all current members on Friday 3rd July. Please register on the booking system. You will be able to make your bookings from Tuesday 7th July online or over the phone. Phone lines opened Tuesday 7th – Thursday 9th 11-2 pm

Opening hours remain the same and sessions are arranged for each group to spend an hour in the club and then 15 minute closure in-between sessions to allow for cleaning and disinfection.

The members' journey:

Gym session

  • Book your session online or over the phone with staff on 067-41133 up to 7 days in advance.
  • Changing facilities are limited so please arrive in gym gear and shower at home when possible. We recommend gym users bring their own water and towel.
  • To reduce traffic please do not arrive at leisure club reception until your time slot has begun. Please stay in your car and adhere to markings in the courtyard.
  • Use the hand sanitizer at the reception door as you enter.
  • Swipe your keyring at the reception desk, use turnstile with your body and not your hands and go straight to the gym.
  • All gym equipment has been realigned to allow for social distancing and floor markings indicate the flow of traffic. Please adhere to social distancing regulations. Please respect all gym users at all times.
  • There are cleaning stations place around the gym, as each piece of equipment must be cleaned prior to using it and after. Please dispose of blue roll in the bins immediately. Please use the hand sanitizing units placed in the gym regularly throughout your workout.
  • Toilet facilities and lockers are available please adhere to social distancing and cleaning protocols when in the changing facilities.
  • Please leave the leisure club when the hour is up to allow for cleaning.

 

Pool Session

  • Book your session online or over the phone with staff on 067-41133 up to 7 days in advance.
  • We recommend members arrive swim ready i.e. swimwear under clothing to reduce time spent in the changing facilities. We recommend you bring your own pool shoes, indoor sandals or flip flops.
  • To reduce traffic please do not arrive at leisure club reception until your time slot has begun. Please stay in your car and adhere to markings in the courtyard.
  • Use the hand sanitizer at the reception door as you enter.

  • Please adhere to social distancing regulations and signage in the changing rooms.
  • There are cleaning stations in each changing room, please disinfect locker, dispose of blue roll in bin and put all belongings in one locker.
  • To minimise germs entering the pool water please shower thoroughly.
  • Please follow social distancing regulations and signage on the deck area.
  • Please respect all pool users at all times. Swim lane etiquette rules apply, max of 2 people from different households allowed in a swim lane at one time. Please stick to your pool programme, minimising chatting and contact with others to allow all pool users space to exercise.
  • Toilet facilities and lockers are available please adhere to social distancing and cleaning protocols when in the changing facilities.
  • Limited shower facilities available post swim please follow social distancing and cleaning protocol in the shower areas Please note under current government guidelines hairdryers and togs dryers will not be operating and shower curtains have been removed.
  • Please allow enough time for dressing after your swim to ensure you are ready to vacate the facility within the hour.

 

Booking System Rules:

  • The booking system is for members only. Guests are not permitted when we re-open initially this will be updated and reviewed on a regular basis.
  • To accommodate all members initially please do not book more than 3 peak time sessions in the week. This will be reviewed and updated on a regular basis depending on usage. Peak times are 7am – 9am and 5pm – 8pm Monday to Friday. If you wish to use the club more than 3 times a week you can book your other sessions outside these times.
  • To accommodate our vulnerable members, we have designated time slots for members Over 70, or immunocompromised members, Monday to Friday 12-1pm. We kindly ask members for their co-operation at these times.
  • If you are unable to attend your session please cancel your booking online or over the phone, repeat no shows will be removed from the booking system.

 

Member Responsibilities in adherence to government guidelines

✔ Do not use the leisure club facilities if you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone with Covid-19.
✔ Wash your hands correctly and regularly, please follow signage.
✔ Practise social distancing.
✔ Cover your mouth when coughing/sneezing with tissue or elbow.
✔ Clean as you go, please use cleaning stations provided.

Leisure Club Management Recommendations:

  • Ease yourself back into your exercise regime.
  • Bring your own water for hydration, water fonts are no longer available.
  • Bring your own pool shoes or indoor sandals/flip flops
  • Shower at home where possible and come ready for your session to reduce time spent in changing rooms.
  • The coffee machine is available for take away only.
  • Staff have been trained and are committed to provide the best possible service during these unprecedented times, we appreciate members co-operation at all times.
