We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage attendant to join our esteemed team.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:-
- Service Delivery: Provide high-quality service to guests
- Table Management: Ensure tables are set, cleared, and maintained to high standards.
- Order Management: Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt delivery of food and beverages.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash and card transactions with precision.
- Team Support: Assist junior staff with tasks and provide guidance when needed.
- Event Support: Participate in setting up and serving at events, weddings, and corporate functions.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure all service areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Assisting in supporting the shift duties and ensuring service standards are met.
- Providing feedback and insights to improve service delivery.
- Helping to resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Mentor and train team members
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience
Maintaining a positive and proactive attitude, leading by example
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record in food and beverage management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluency in English: verbal and written.
- Organised, leads by example
- Ability to mentor new members of the team
