Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of €30 per person is required to secure your booking. Deposits may be transferred within your booking up to 4 weeks prior to your event date. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Full payment and final numbers are required 4 weeks prior to your event date. Tickets will be issued upon receipt of final payment.

Please advise us of any transportation requirements at the time of booking and our team will be happy to assist.

Bedroom availability is not guaranteed and early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.

Christmas Party Night packages, entertainment, and menus may be amended by hotel management subject to availability and operational requirements.
