We're now looking for a Deputy Operations Manager with a strong Food & Beverage background to help lead the next chapter.
The role
Working closely with the Operations Manager / Hotel Manager, you'll take a hands-on lead across our F&B operation; bar, restaurant, banqueting and events, driving standards, service and profitability while developing the team around you. You'll deputise for the Operations Manager as required and play a key part in the day-to-day running of a busy, high-volume hotel.
What you'll bring
· Proven management experience in the hotel industry, with a strong F&B focus
· Excellent people management and leadership skills, you get the best out of a team
· Fluent English, written and verbal
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
· Flexibility to work 5 days over 7, including evenings and weekends
· A real people person — approachable with guests and staff alike
· A motivator who lifts the team, and a completer-finisher who sees things through
· Commercial awareness: rosters, costs, stock and margins
· Calm under pressure, with a sharp eye for detail and standards
· A relevant third-level qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Catering Management, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
· Meet legal criteria to work in Ireland.
